The Armillary Grill at the InterContinental at Doral Miami is proud to be participating in French Spice this year. French Spice is the gastronomical component of French Week Miami and promotes the French dining experience at a value. During the month of November, French gastronomy enthusiasts can come to the Armillary Grill and enjoy authentic French wines starting at $20 per bottle, 3-course lunches for $25, and 3-course dinners for $35, all prepared by Chef Seydou “Frank” Kindou. Diners can delight in knowing that Chef Kindou was trained in culinary arts at the prestigious École Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi (ESCF – Higher School of French Cuisine at Ferrandi) in France.
