Santa is paying a special visit to BRIO Tuscan Grille at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens to hear Christmas wishes and spread holiday cheer. Guests will enjoy a delicious plated breakfast and holiday activities including a visit and photos with Santa (guests are encouraged to bring their cameras), coloring contest, a goodie bag for each child and more.
Guests are encouraged to bring in a new, unwrapped toy which will be donated to several local charities through The Shops at Pembroke Gardens’ Caravan of Joy: Miramar Fire Department, Susan B. Anthony Recovery Center, Good Shepherd Child Development Center, Hialeah Housing, Redlands Christian Migrant Centers, Sagrada Familia Child Care Centers, and TACOLCY Center. Everyone who brings a new, unwrapped toy toy will be registered to win a BRIO $100 gift card.
BRIO’s breakfast will be plentiful with scrumptious items for both adults and children. Dishes on the adult menu include Fritatta Al Forno, layered with eggs, angel hair, crisp bacon, onions, spinach, artichoke, Fontina cheese and Parmesan cream, served with potatoes peperonata and fresh fruit; Scrambled Eggs, Home Fries & Bacon, three farm fresh scrambled eggs with potatoes peperonata, Applewood smoked bacon and fresh fruit; Open Faced Chicken & Avocado Omelet with Feta cheese, roasted peppers and crispy lavoush, served with potatoes peperonata and fresh fruit; Berries & Cream French Toast, brioche stuffed with Mascarpone cream cheese and sautéed until golden brown, topped with fresh berries and a vanilla cream cheese drizzle, served with bacon; and BRIO’s Omelet Del Giorno, chef’s special omelet of bacon, tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella, served with potatoes peperonata and fresh fruit.
Children’s selections include Kids’ French Toast served with maple syrup, bacon and fresh fruit; and Kids’ Scrambled Eggs served with bacon and fresh fruit.
Reservations are required for the Breakfast with Santa event.
After BRIO’s Breakfast with Santa, guests are invited to enjoy holiday festivities at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, including more photos with Santa by the fountain, photo opportunities at the fireplace and Caravan of Joy and more. Santa and others will be passing out candy canes. On Sunday, Dec. 9 at 5 p.m., there will be a blessing and lighting of the Hanukkah candle at the fountain.
