For the first time ever, celebrated jewelry designer Daria de Koning will participate in Art Basel Miami’s Red Dot Fair, mounting a solo exhibition of her incredible one-of-a-kind bespoke jewelry designs, as well as her collection, Daria de Koning Fine Jewelry.

Setting her work apart is not only Ms. de Koning’s exquisite sense of color and refined eye, but her unique background in fine art, skill as a metalsmith and credential as a certified gemologist. Her work has been embraced by both her loyal clients and the editorial community, having been featured in publications such as The Financial Times, Brides, Martha Stewart, Marie Claire, New York Magazine, O: The Oprah Magazine, Town & Country Weddings, and Women’s Wear Daily.

This year is the first ever that Art Basel Miami has invited jewelry designers to participate in their juried shows, recognizing that intricately designed & rendered jewelry creations are fine art.

Ms. de Koning will be showing her latest collection at Red Dot Art Fair, a highly successful art fair taking place concurrent with Art Basel Miami Beach, December 5 – 9, 2012. Red Dot is located directly across the street from other high caliber art fairs such as Art Miami Scope and Art Asia in Miami’s Wynwood Art District.
