2013 marks the 500th anniversary of Ponce de Leon coming to Florida. The Armillary Grill at the InterContinental at Doral Miami is proud to commemorate this significant milestone by bringing back Spanish culinary expert Josefina Molina, “La Pepa”, from March 4th through the 14th. The famous chef has customized recipes and adapted them to be presented buffet style, which is not typically done with Spanish cuisine. A native of Malaga, Spain, La Pepa travels throughout Latin America and the world to share her culinary expertise of Spanish cuisine by preparing samplings and offering cooking classes.
