Doral Golf Resort & Spa Miami, the newest addition to the award-winning TRUMP HOTEL COLLECTION™ presents a romantic line-up for this Valentine’s Day:
The resort’s Mesazul Steakhouse, which showcases a Latin-inspired twist on the classic American steakhouse, will present a fantastic four-course Valentine’s Day Menu, paired with a strolling Violinist -no more guitarist (add some copy along the lines that violinist will set the mood for the romantic evening complimented by beautiful views of the Blue Monster . Ladies will receive a rose upon arrival. Open from 6:00 – 10: p.m., the special menu is priced at $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity), and features: add some more fluff regarding the fact dishes are prepared by our Executive Chef, Thomas Parlo:
• Seafood Trio of Key West Stone Crab Claw, Osetra Caviar & Stone Crab salad, crispy scallop and fruit Ceviche with mango sauce
• Burrata Tart, semi-dried tomatoes, beets and balsamic pearls
• Chilean Kobe flat-iron steak and Maine lobster gratin with celery and parsnip risotto, once a year potatoes, with a truffle Port shallot sauce
• Double chocolate raspberry mouse cake with raspberry marshmallow hearts
At Bossa Nova, located in the resort clubhouse lobby level, couples will enjoy live Jazz entertainment, light fare menu of Latin-inspired tapas, and handcrafted specialty drinks, available until 1:00 a.m. Bossa Nova has IMAGES Band performing there Thursdays – Sundays, not Jazz anymore.
