Whether you are obsessed with Game of Thrones or just obsessed with beer the Game of Thrones Tasting Event at Riverside should not be missed. Duvel & Brewery Ommengang will debut the release of the new Iron Throne Blonde Ale at Riverside Market on Wednesday, April 10th from 7pm to 9pm. Guests will have the opportunity to taste the new beer inspired by the hit HBO series, Game of Thrones.

Iron Throne:
6.5% ABV blonde Ale, brewed with a robust amount of pils, honey malt, and aroma malts and red wheat. Gentle hoppin includes Styrian Golding and Hallertau Spalter Select, appropriately noble hops. Spiced with grains of paradise and lemon peel. The hue is a slightly-hazy golden amber. The head is full and fluffy. Finish is crisp, backed by a touch of spice and hops. Aroma is a bit grassy with a hint of lemon and fruitiness from the yeast. Taste is lightly malty rounded out by honey malt sweetness. In Iron Throne we’ve brewed a fine ale combining rich flavors and aromas- along with easy drinkability, bringing sheer drinking pleasure.
