The Treble Girls celebrate Earth Day with their trademark stratospheric sound as they navigate the celestial stars with their extraordinary rendition of Stockhausen’s Tierkreis. Returning to earth this spectacular flute and violin duo will feature newly composed music by David Dramm, Natacha Diels, Jorrit Dijkstra, Anne La Berge and Martin Parker.
Electrifying, moving and covering untraveled roads from avant-garde virtuosity to highly charged computer-assisted improvisation, this extraordinary mother/daughter duo puts together flute and live electronics pioneer Anne La Berge with rising new music violinist Diamanda La Berge Dramm. The concert includes world premieres by three composers who together explore the electronic, improvisatory and compositional edges of today’s music.
Bring your kids to the Miami Children Museum at 1PM on Saturday, April 20 for a micro-concert by The Treble Girls.
