Just as the Impressionists challenged the Académie des Beaux-Arts with their independent exhibitions in 19th Century Paris, or street artists such as Banksy stirred emotion in the streets of London in the 90s, this group of young, forward-thinking artists is shaping the face of their growing world-class city. As Miami grows into a major global city and establishes its cultural identity, this avant-garde collective of young artists has made it their mission to contribute a unique substance to the landscape of culture and art. Calling the burgeoning artistic hubs of Miami their home, their vision is of a Miami recognized for class and connoisseurship in modern art forms, including hip-hop, deep house, nu-disco and the various genres that inhabit Miami’s underground, waiting to burst to the surface. Welcome to our vision.

This event hosted by the Young Artist Initiative will take place at Bardot. Bardot is an intimate live music venue located in Miami’s Design and Art District in Wynwood. A small living room setting mixed with state of the art sound make it ideal for artists to perform and enthusiasts to let loose.
