As part of the 2013 Miami Arts Marketing Project Workshop Series, the Arts and Business Council of Miami will present The Art Basel Effect:  Partnerships and Outreach.  Art Basel Miami Beach features the perfect marriage of arts and business. Hundreds of high-end companies host private parties, pop up exhibitions and roving ads on cars, carts and even people. The success of the event has created an arts week unequaled anywhere in the world with satellite art fairs and parties that envelope the entire city. Local museums, restaurants, fashion-forward retailers and manufacturers all contribute to the art/design zeitgeist with related programming.
