Bring Dad to Seminole Casino Coconut Creek on Father’s Day, June 16, for a brunch buffet at NYY Steak or Fresh Harvest. Both restaurants will offer a special menu of delectable treats.

Celebrate at NYY Steak with a brunch buffet that’s sure to be legendary from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dad will love the signature Yankee touches around every corner, like an autographed wall of past and present players and baseball diamond-shaped dishes marked with retired Yankee numbers. He’ll enjoy a wide assortment with six stations to choose from including fresh seafood, salad, eggs and omelets, pancakes, dual carving station and desserts.

Scrumptious menu offerings at the upscale steakhouse include Bourbon & Bacon French Toast, Pork Belly Eggs Benedict, Beer Brined Smoked Country Pork Ribs, Seared Sea Scallops over prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, Grilled Black Grouper and fresh, house-made NYY Steak Bacon and Sausage. The pork-based breakfast sausage is grinded and seasoned in the NYY Steak butcher shop, hand formed into patties and grilled to satisfy every diner’s palate. For fathers with a sweet tooth, NYY Steak will serve up chocolate-dipped strawberries, brownies, mousses, ice creams, milkshakes and made-to-order crepes and Bananas Foster. Brunch also includes freshly made Mimosas and Bloody Marys. The cost is $60 per person.

Fresh Harvest, the casino’s acclaimed marketplace-style restaurant, will also host a special Father’s Day Brunch from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mouthwatering selections include Lobster Bisque, Smoked Pork Loin, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Crab Cake Eggs Benedict, Lamb Chops, Zuppa Di Mussels, Seared Fresh Salmon, Southern Fried Chicken and Snow Crab Clusters. The cost is $32.95 per person.
