The Diamond Ball ranks among the top fundraisers in Florida (BizBash) and is recognized by society’s elite as the launch of the South Florida gala season. The event attracts an esteemed group of business, community and philanthropic notables with strong international connections and a common bond of making a difference in the lives of children. Each year, Miami Children’s inducts an esteemed member of the global community into the Ambassador David M. Walters International Pediatric Hall of Fame. This year’s inductee is Ground-Breaking Double Grammy & 19-Time Latin Grammy Winning Rock Superstar Juanes. Past honorees include Beyoncé, Dwyane Wade, Barbara and Jack Nicklaus, Audrey Hepburn and Walt Disney, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, and most recently Gloria Gaynor.
