A Miami Beach gem in the heart of bustling Lincoln Road, Quattro Gastronomia Italiana is known for its classic cuisine, impeccable service and contemporary, upscale ambience. In celebration of Halloween, Quattro will offer a special four-course, prix fixe dinner on Thursday, October 31st, where guests can delight in a selection of the restaurant’s finest dishes, while admiring the costumes, trick-or-treaters and holiday fanfare along Lincoln Road; Miami Beach’s most popular outdoor shopping and dining destination.
For $95 per person (excluding alcohol, tax and gratuity), guests can people-watch from one of Quattro’s quaint outdoor tables while enjoying a decadent, multi-course meal. Each table will begin with an aperitivo of imported cured meat & Italian cheeses, served with crostini and a selection of jams. For the antipasti course, Quattro offers a generous selection of hot and cold appetizers, which include a seafood salad with heirloom cherry tomatoes and arucola pesto; beef carpaccio with mustard dressing; baked organic eggplant layered with mozzarella, tomato sauce and basil or baked sheep ricotta flan with multi-color cauliflower and quail egg. Main course options include a seasonal pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnut sauce; sea scallop risotto with leeks and edible rose petals; grilled filet mignon with truffle porcini mushroom sauce; baked sea bass with black olives, caper sauce and rainbow Swiss chard or a one-pound roasted pork shank with pumpkin puree and asparagus. For a smooth, sweet finish, diners can devour a dessert of warm chocolate molten cake with apricot sauce; mint panna cotta with bitter chocolate sauce; pumpkin & pecan pie or Quattro’s signature house-made tiramisu.
