The Flat’s Happy Hour is the perfect quintessential “before-experience” that caters to a clientele in search of creative cocktails in a cozy, yet refined atmosphere. From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, enjoy $6 to $8 custom cocktails and glasses of red or white wine. Located at 500 S.
