The GMCVB Re-vamped Miami Temptations Programming for 2014

The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) is set to kick-off 2014 with a new and expanded programming line-up of its wildly popular Miami Temptations program, which is sponsored by MasterCard Priceless Miami and takes a thematic focus on the best that Greater Miami and the Beaches has to offer at attractive prices.
For the first-time ever, the Bureau introduces Miami Cruise Month in January along with Miami Sports Month in March and announces new dates for its traditional Miami Romance Month, which will now be celebrated in February, while Miami Film Month will take place in June.
In 2014, each themed month will continue to offer locals and visitors the opportunity to enjoy value-driven opportunities and promotions throughout Greater Miami and the Beaches. A brief line-up description of the new 2014 Miami Temptations program follows.
January – Miami Cruise Month: Encourages consumers to plan-ahead and book a cruise on a participating cruise line, with itineraries departing from PortMiami as well as special pre- and post-cruise hotel stays.
February – Miami Romance Month: Enjoy romantic offers at local participating hotels, restaurants, attractions, as well as heritage neighborhood tours throughout the city.
March – Shop Miami Month: During March, spend $500 or more at a participating mall, retailer or heritage neighborhood shopping district and receive a special gift valued at up to $50.
April – Miami Sports Month: Features discounts to a multitude of recreational activities found throughout Greater Miami & the Beaches including golf, tennis, bicycling, running, boating, water sports and more.
May – Miami Museum Month: Enjoy "buy one, get one free" admissions at participating museums.
June – Miami Film Month: Enjoy pop-up film screenings and exclusive tours of iconic film sets.
July + August – Miami Spa Month: Enjoy special $99 treatments usually priced at $200 or more at Miami’s premier participating spas.
August + September – Miami Spice Restaurant Month: Top dining destinations in the area offer mouth-watering meals at incredible savings.
October – Miami Attractions Month: Visit or re-visit many unique participating attractions, while enjoying "buy one, get one free" admissions and other discount offers.
November – Miami Live Month: Take advantage of exciting deals at live entertainment venues including live music, live theater performances and more.
