On Valentine’s Day, sweep your sweetheart off her feet with an evening of romance at Spartico in The Mayfair Hotel & Spa. Couples can fall deeper in love as they get serenaded by Rat-Pack inspired singer, Louis Amanti. After dinner, lovers can remember the romance and steal a kiss on the intimate, dimly lit rooftop or walk through the Zen-inspired Asian garden.
Epicurean lovers will be welcomed with a starter baked from a Milan imported wood-burning oven, followed by a 3-course menu created by Executive Chef, Dario Correa. Guests will start with either a poached Lobster tail medallion salad, or a creamy risotto infused with sweet and savory blackberries. Entrée options include a Duck prepared 3 different ways or a honey and pistachio crusted Filet Mignon served over a bed of rose petals. All loved ones will finish their dinner with a decadent dessert trio inspired by Italy. For a hint of seduction, valentines can pair their dinner with a bottle of the house wine, Spartico.
