“Mandatory Mondays”
The Brick is giving your Monday some oomph! Every Monday, we will be offering a free Crossfit class at 7:45 p.m. In addition to the Monday class, there will be a free class Tuesday and Wednesday as well for those who show up to the Mondays class. Also for anyone who becomes a member of The Brick the same week the membership fee will be waived.
The Brick is not your typical gym it’s a box that encourages lifestyle changes. Upon entering the box, don’t expect to see the typical treadmills and weight machines. Instead thick ropes hanging from the ceiling, large tires, kettle bells and pull up rings, greet you.
