Loray Mistik, one of Miami’s signature true world music groups, has been making music for 22 years. Led by Jude Papaloko Thegenus, their sound mixes traditional Haitian voudou (rasin) rhythms, West African percussion and soukous, with rock and blues.
Opening set by Kazoots.
The night will featuring delicious kreyol cuisine from Leela’s Lakay, ice cold Prestige Beer at the bar, and more.
The hands-on art activities for kids are sponsored by Positive Impact Foundation / Kose Famn and Bass Museum of Art.
