SUSHISAMBA Coral Gables is welcoming spring with the launch of SUSHI & SAKE 101. The two-hour interactive class introduces guests to the history and traditions of sake, the art of sushi making and offers an in-depth instruction about these two worldly traditions from resident experts.

The class consists of a two-part educational experience. The sake portion is led by SUSHISAMBA’s sake sommelier and includes five flights with an introduction to the history of sake, its common myths, pairing tips and more. In the second part of the class, participants will gain insider sushi-making tips from SUSHISAMBA Coral Gables’ Executive Sushi Chef Yasuo Tujimori, including an introduction to the history and traditions of sushi, followed by a demonstration on the selection and preparation of raw fish.
