The Menu:

 Tartare of Foie Gras served on honey crispy bread, marjoram, apples and peaches marinated in rosemary balsamic sauce;
 Truffle and porcini risotto served inside a Parmesan cheese crust;
 Filet Mignon with Barolo Sauce;
 Textures of chocolates
