The Education Fund’s annual charity auction, “For the Love of Art,” will showcase more than 180 original pieces of artwork created by Miami-Dade County public school students and teachers. This Children’s Trust sponsored event showcases artwork crafted from materials found at The Education Fund’s Ocean Bank Center for Educational Materials, a warehouse with donated supplies where teachers can shop for free.

“For the Love of Art“ features the Sapoznik Insurance Alumni Achievement Awards, which honors 22 community and business leaders who graduated from public school.

“For the Love of Art”will feature more than 100 luxury items, performances by the New World School of the Arts Jazz Band, an open bar by Bacardi, and a Whole Foods Market epicurean feast. CBS4 anchor Irika Sargent will emcee the event.
