The 50 Eggs Guest Chef Series, the one-of-a-kind culinary collaboration featuring acclaimed talents from within the industry, returns for a one-night-only collab with Chef Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea! pop-up.
In the next enticing installment of the series, 50 Eggs Culinary Director, Clayton Miller, will team with Zapata to resurrect the Vietnamese-inspired, Phuc Yea!, with a five-course dinner complete with wine pairings that will feature an array of gourmet and street-inspired Asian delicacies.
