La Mar by Gastón Acurio at Mandarin Oriental, Miami will be bringing a slice of Peru to Brickell’s dining scene in celebration of Peru’s Independence Day on July 28 & 29, 2014. Guests will be transported on a culinary journey with an exceptional dinner menu inspired by the cooking of Andean ancestors and centuries of Peru’s culinary fusion. The restaurant will be decorated with festive Peruvian accents and nightly live entertainment by local Peruvian musicians will fill the air. Menu will be available during dining service from 5:30pm to 11:00pm.
