Super Yogis’ SUPER FUN after school class for kids ages 5 and up, it includes a fun curriculum geared towards instilling skills for: healthy coping, focusing better, communicating better, and incorporating yoga techniques for daily challenges.

This kids’ yoga class is an ideal extracurricular activity by helping kids grow beyond physical strengths.
