150 top brokers gathered at One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects sales gallery in downtown Miami to celebrate the land closing of the future home of Zaha’s first residential skyrise in the Western Hemisphere.

1000 Biscayne Tower, LLC developers Gregg Covin, Louis Birdman and Kevin Venger from the Regalia Group announced last month that they have completed the closing on the purchase of two parcels of land located at 1000 Biscayne Blvd. and 1001 NE 2nd Ave. The combined transactions closed in all-cash deals for a total of $36 million.
