Hyde Resort & Residences Hollywood Breaks Ground, Bringing an Urban Edge to Beach Living
HOLLYWOOD, Fla (Oct. 13, 2014)–Hyde Resort & Residences, South Florida’s most anticipated beach resort, broke ground last week with 92% of the tower under contract and 100 brokers celebrating the success of $6mm in commission checks. The development comes to life with such elevated amenities as Hyde Beach Club, designed by the famed Pininfarina as a barefoot-chic tropical getaway with interiors by renowned Brazilian designer, Debora Aguiar. This will be the first of the Hyde brand building portfolio to make its mark on the Atlantic through an exceptional collaboration that unites co-developers Jorge Pérez, Chairman and CEO of The Related Group, and Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of Fortune International Group, with lifestyle impresario Sam Nazarian, Founder, Chairman and CEO of sbe.
The property is located at 4111 South Ocean Drive, and completion is slated for 2016.
