Life Is Art is dedicated to creating positive change in the community through arts and culture with events and education. Founded in January of 2009, we have produced nearly one-hundred events engaging local artists, residents and businesses. Through money raised during #GiveMiamiDay we hope to be able to increase our outreach, impacting more lives in our community. During Give Miami Day The Miami Foundation provides a bonus gift for every donation between $25 and $10,000, but you are welcome to give any amount.

Life Is Art will be joining the big block party hosted by the Miami Foundation at the Marlins Park Plaza! Be a part of this record-breaking day of philanthropy in Miami. Bring your friends and family as we celebrate your favorite local nonprofits with food, fun, performances and games. Look for the Miami Arts Brigade table and come say hi!

Join Life Is Art and the Miami Arts Brigade with many other arts groups for the late-night after party to watch the clock tick down and the donations tick up! It should be a full house with O, Miami hosting its Book Fair Party for Jai-Alai Books in the courtyard, Bookleggers on hand with lots of books, Emerging Arts Leaders of Miami Soft Launch, and the Miami Arts Brigade hosting its Give Miami Day After Party. Also enjoy live music and fun drink specials all night! There will be jazz by Nick Tanura and The Ball & Chain Jazz Band followed by DJ Haitian Hillbilly.
Give Miami Day is a unique, online giving event that provides everyone in the community an opportunity to build a greater Miami through philanthropy. During the 24-hour period between midnight November 20 and midnight November 21, individuals may view online profiles of more than 400 nonprofit organizations serving Miami-Dade County and make a charitable gift here on givemiamiday.org.
