CORSAIR by scott conant will be hosting Valentine’s Day dinner all weekend from Friday, February 13th – Sunday, February 15th. The newest concept by celebrity chef Scott Conant, located in the prestigious Turnberry Isle Miami, will offer a special menu for $85 per person. Guests can choose from dishes such as Tune & Yellowtail Tartare, Mascarpone Raviolini, Short Rib Agnolotti and Roasted Snapper, and more. A Corsair Wine Pairing is available for $40 per person and a Corsair Reserve Wine Pairing for $65 per person.
