Biscayne Tavern, located at the YVE Hotel Miami, a Destination Hotel, is pampering couples on Valentine’s Day with a savory prix fixe feast at $75 per person. The four-course meal includes a selection of appetizers, soup or salad, an entrée, dessert, a glass of champagne and a bottle of house wine for two.

The meal begins with a choice of Bacon Wrapped Jumbo Prawns, Maryland Blue Crab Cakes or Spicy Baby Back Ribs. Before the main event, delight in a choice of Lobster Bisque, Kale Caesar or Hearts of Romaine Salad decorated in chopped tomato, bacon bits and bleu cheese crumbles.

Entrée picks include Sautéed Grouper a perfect blend of jumbo lump crab, shrimp, mushrooms and capers, topped with white wine lemon butter sauce and served with wild rice and roasted hazelnut Brussel sprouts; Roast Prime Rib or Beef paired with Yorkshire pudding, rum braised carrots and duchess potatoes; or Grilled Lollipop Lamb Chops topped with bleu cheese smashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.

Enjoy a sweet ending of Molten Chocolate Cake or Red Velvet Cake, both served with a generous scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
