During the week of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, February 16-21, the JW Marriott Miami’s Trapiche Room will be offering a “Chef’s Amuse Bouche†menu inspired by the festival. Menu highlights include Merlot and Filet, Braised Shallots Fennel, Root Vegetables Purée for the entrée, and Carbonated Grapes with Sauvignon Blanc Sorbet, Sable Cookie, Green Apple for dessert. The exquisite menu is priced at $39 with the option of wine pairings for an additional $15.
