Oceanaire and Savor Tonight have teamed up to host a Save our Water, Eat Lionfish wine dinner as part of the efforts leading up to Lionfish Removal and Awareness Day. For this dinner Chef Kareem has created a fantastic menu centered around the lionfish with wine pairings served with each course. Highlights include Smoked Lionfish Deviled Eggs with white truffle crème fraiche; Lionfish and Shrimp Ceviche; Pan-Seared Lionfish with beluga lentils and west Indian curry; and more. Cost is $60 (all-inclusive) if purchased by May 11 or $65, thereafter. Advance purchase required.
