This mantra is at the heart of the Macchialina experience where chef Michael Pirolo’s fresh, award-winning pastas fatta in casa (made in house) offer the highest quality ingredients and the magic of getting lost in the Italian time-honored tradition of enjoying simply delicious food with friends and family.
Every Thursday, Macchialina is inviting guests to indulge in the magic with $10 pastas all night.
The signatures (ranging from $20 – $28) including the Cavatelli Macchialina, Spaghetti con Vongole, Tagliolini al Funghi, Beet Filled Mezzaluna and Pappardelle Bolognese will be met with weekly pasta specials so guests can try new items each Thursday throughout the summer.
Macchialina is located at 820 Alton Road and is open Thursdays from 6 pm – 11 pm and nightly beginning at 6 pm. Reservations can be made 305.534.2124.
