The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida will host a lunch and learn workshop, “What is Miami’s Tech Footprint?,” featuring a panel of local thought-leaders and subject-matter experts discussing how technology is affecting development and tenant mix.

Specifically, panelists will explore the ways that technology, from e-commerce to distribution, from tech tenants to landlords’ and developers’ innovations, is shaping Miami’s commercial real estate market. Michael Rodriguez, CEO of eMerge Americas, will serve as the keynote speaker.
