The American Liver Foundation presents the inaugural Flavors of Miami, a gourmet culinary experience that goes beyond the traditional gala. Savor Miami’s most exclusive “restaurant,” as top local chefs prepare a five-course dinner tableside with wine pairings, while guests observe and converse with them. Some of the participating restaurants include Coyo Taco, Devon Seafood + Steak, Fooq’s, Modern Garden, Oolite, Tongue & Cheek, and Vagabond Restaurant & Bar. $300 per person. Proceeds benefit the American Liver Foundation’s efforts to help improve the lives of 30 million people in the U.S. living with liver disease.
