The American Liver Foundation is set to host the first Flavors of Miami. This culinary experience goes beyond the traditional gala, providing guests with the unique experience of having a top local chef prepare a multi-course dinner tableside. Host Chef Frederic Delair of the Lowes Miami Hotel along with other top chefs from the area will prepare an evening of dining while helping fund the research, education and advocacy efforts of the American Liver Foundation
