Save the date for July 15th as Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge hosts the “The Antinori Estate Dinner and Wine Pairing” from Marchesi Antinori. For $70/person, diners enjoy an exquisite all-inclusive three-course meal with specially paired wine selections. The menu includes uniquely curated dishes including the first course Arugula Salad (hearts of palm, avocado, orange and toasted pine nuts) paired with: Marchesi Antinori “Cervaro della Sala” Chardonnay, Umbria 2012 or Antinori Family State “Antica” Chardonnay, Nappa Valley 2012. The second course offers an impeccable “Penne al Sugo all’Amatriciana” (guanciale, pecorino cheese, tomato and garlic) paired with Marchesi Antinori “Badia a Passignano” Chianti Classico, Riserva 2008 or Marchesi Antinori Tenuto Guado al Tasso “Il Bruciato”, Bolghery 2012. For dessert, diners can enjoy delicious homemade mint tiramisu. With savory dishes, fine wines and a beautiful ambiance, guests are guaranteed a fantastic meal.
