For the perfect kick-off to your weekend, join us at Fresh American Bistro, aka F.A.B., on Friday, August 28th. We’ll be visiting Michelin-rated Executive Chef Philippe Ruiz (who you may also know as the former Executive Chef of Palme d’Or at The Biltmore) with fellow food and wine enthusiasts for an evening of gourmet bites, fine wine and gorgeous oceanfront views.
Ruiz, recently joined by new general manager Pedro Infante (formerly of J&G Grill), and the rest of F.A.B.’s culinary team is dedicated to a fresh and seasonal cuisine that highlights products from local farms, fisheries, and artisan producers.
Cost: $10 in advance (if purchased by 5 p.m. on August 28) or $15 at the door (please bring exact change).
This includes one drink (wine or cocktail) and a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres.
After your first drink, additional drinks will be priced at $7. F.A.B. will also offer discounted valet, with validation, for $7. In addition, anyone who would like to stay after the event and participate in Miami Spice, will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with dinner.
