Casting calls and auditions seeking individual performers and acts for the 2016 Florida Renaissance Festival – Deerfield Beach show. The Deerfield Beach show will take place at Quiet Waters Park on weekends from February 13, 2016 to March 27, 2016.

Audition
Notes: Please prepare a one to two-minute classical monologue and a one to two-minute contrasting contemporary monologue or 32 bars of a classical or contemporary styled song to sing a Capella. Be prepared for some improvisational exercises and readings as well. Actors must have weekend availability and flexible schedules. Only actors 16 or older will be considered without a parent accompanying them.

In addition, actors interested in joining the cast/ensemble are encouraged to attend 16th Century workshops/rehearsals for Stage Combat, Improvisation, Music and Dance. Participation in these free and low-cost classes guarantees a role on the cast at the festival.
