Miami, FL – Hot Yoga House Miami will host a weekend of free yoga classes Jan 2-3 at its Coconut Grove and Doral locations to celebrate the studio name changing (from Bikram Hot Yoga Miami) and the expansion of its class offerings. In addition to the classic 90-minute, 26-posture Bikram yoga class, Hot Yoga House will offer a 1-hour version of that class as well as Power Flow, Power Hour, Yin and meditation classes. “Our students have expressed a need to be able to fit the wonderful physical and mental benefits of yoga into their daily schedules,” said Will Thomas, Hot Yoga House studio director. “We are responding with 1-hour class options and a variety of temperatures and styles to help open the body and mind in additional ways. And since we no longer offer only Bikram yoga we thought it appropriate to update our name to reflect the welcoming community we and our students have built at the studios.”
