At the Saturday, Jan. 9th Family Day on Aragon Block Party Read to Learn Books For Free an initiative of Miami Book Fair in partnership with The Children’s Trust, Books & Books in Coral Gables and GablesCentral.com is hosting a Children’s Book Drive and the third “Read to Learn Reading Circle.”

Coming together starting at noon on Sat., Jan. 9 are some of South Florida’s best known children’s authors, including New York Times best selling author Brad Meltzer, who is launching his newest book “I am Martin Luther King, Jr,” Anjanette Delgado (The Clairvoyant of Calle Ocho, The Heartbreak Pill), Christina Diaz Gonzalez (Moving Target, The Red Umbrella), Nikki Moustaki (The Bird Market of Paris) and Coral Gables resident and CEO of Breakthrough Miami Elissa Vanaver.

There will also be singing and dancing with Carmenlydia Pichardo (“Mrs. P”), and snack time with brownies provided by Amore Gelato Art Caffe.
