Brew House Rock is a monthly educational series designed for anyone who is interested in developing a deeper knowledge and appreciation for craft beer. Each class has a different theme, and includes beer tastings with special ingredients to highlight subtle flavor notes, such as caramel, toffee and fruit. April’s theme is home brewing. Social Hall manager and certified Cicerone, Jesse Morris will demonstrate the fundamentals of home brewing with a broad range of equipment from lobster pots and coolers to the nano systems like the kind used by the brewery to test new recipes.
