Brew House Rock is a monthly educational series designed for anyone who is interested in developing a deeper knowledge and appreciation for craft beer. Each class has a different theme, and includes beer tastings with special ingredients to highlight subtle flavor notes, such as caramel, toffee and fruit. June’s theme is “When Beer goes Bad! A Study in Off Flavors.” Social Hall Manager and Certified Cicerone® Jesse Morris will discuss the forces that conspire to negatively impact the flavor of beer and how to thwart them.
