If you’re ready for a night of deliciousness this Tuesday evening, then join Savor Tonight at The Sarsparilla Club located at Shelbourne Wyndham Graham for a happy hour event. Brought to you by Top Chef alums Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth (who also worked together at Gigi, Yardbird and most recently Root & Bone in NYC) features American dim sum, along with more substantial menu items like their Fried Chicken with green curry, kaffir lime powder, coriander & toasted coconut which might just be the best fried chicken that we’ve ever had.

Cost for this event is $10 in advance (by 4 p.m. on Tuesday) or $15 at the door. This includes one drink and a selection of complimentary dim sum.
