Reminiscence to an upscale happy hour, Caviar Russe is raising the bar and bubbles with its new champagne special.
 
The restaurant will now offer Dom Perignon Champagne for $25 a glass or $100 per bottle from 4 PM to 7 PM every Friday. To accompany the bubbly, guests can enjoy power bites prepared by the restaurant’s seasoned chef, David Valencia.
