Learn the art of mixology and Mexican at Toro Toro in the InterContinental Miami, where celebrity chef Richard Sandoval will divulge trade secrets amassed over two decades in the culinary industry in a one-time-only cooking class for beginners and enthusiasts alike.
With more than 40 restaurants across his native Mexico, the United States, Asia and the Middle East, Sandoval will put his experience into action to share the exclusive techniques behind signature dishes like tacos al pastor and grilled fish tacos.
All necessary ingredients and equipment will be provided. The experience will include passed small bites, two cocktails and a Brugal Rum mixology course led by Toro Toro’s lead bartender.
