Seed Food & Wine Festival, the nation’s premiere plant-based food and wine festival challenges five talented chefs to compete for the Best Plant-Based BBQ including Orlando-based chef Shaun Noonan (Dixie Dharma) , Ft. Lauderdale’s Charles Grippo (Green Bar and Kitchen) along with Miami’s own Todd Erickson (Haven, Huahua’s Taqueria), Chris Wagner (Johnson and Wales University) and Dean Warren (della test kitchen). Vote for your favorite while sipping on local craft beers, sweet tea cocktail by JoJo Tea and counter culture kombucha.
