Arts For Learning Celebrates 15 Years Of Arts Education And Programs For Miami Youth With Rat Pack Style Gala

For 15 years, Arts for Learning, a Miami-based nonprofit advancing teaching and learning through the arts, has reached more than 117,000 underserved children and youth. In celebration of its 15th anniversary, Arts for Learning will be hosting “The Chance to Create,†a gala that will take us back to the Rat Pack era of Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis, Jr., to help bring additional arts education and programs to children across South Florida.
The exciting evening will feature a special performance by some of Miami’s brightest jazz stars including Grammy nominated percussionist Sammy Figueroa. Joining Figueroa on stage to play tribute to iconic jazz artists will be singer and vocalists Nicole Henry, Lenard Rutledge and Big Brooklyn Red.
