Explore the flavors of the sea at our Sustainable Seafood Soirée on Tuesday, October 18th from 7-9 p.m at Zest. Executive Chef Cindy Hutson’s love for seafood shines at this event when she creates four savory and delectable courses featuring Open Blue Cobia. Each tasting course will be perfectly paired with hand selected artisan wines to create a memorable experience in honor of National Sustainable Seafood Month.

Cost for the dinner is $75, all-inclusive. We expect this event to sell out so please buy your tickets early. All tickets must be purchased by the end of the day on Friday, Oct. 14. Your ticket includes the 4-course dinner with wine pairings at each course, tax and gratuity.

A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit the Miami Cancer Institute
