On October 15th, 2016 from 11 AM – 3 PM, the Ambassador of Fire will give an intimate grilling lesson over his own custom designed wood-fire grills at Los Fuegos.
Limited to only 20 people, the firsthand in depth lesson will be an intimate Grilling Masterclass with Francis Mallmann.
The day begins at Los Fuegos with a Meet and Greet with the chef at 11am then moving into the kitchen for a two-hour lesson on how to cook with fire. The class then sits down to a family-style lunch with Francis and his selection of Argentinean wines.
The ticket includes an autographed copy of On Fire, the best-selling cookbook by Francis Mallmann.
