This class involves a short Lecture, a rocking Vinyasa Yoga Practice, live Cello, and incredible tools to bring calm, clarity and light into our lives. We have practical applications based on the ancient knowledge of the Chakra system that will forever change our ability to self regulate our stresses and our fears. This class will have live musical accompaniment by classically trained cellist Ruti Machnai. Ruti began her musical journey at the age of 8. She has been the Resident Cellist at The New World Symphony, Miami Florida since 2000. “Ruti opens the hearts and ears of audiences. She continues to balance the spiritual and technical eloquence of classical music in manipulating the music and emotion within a defined boundary, and the visceral excitement of paving a new path as a brilliant electric cellist, composer and singer.
