Tis’ the season to be jolly—but most importantly, it’s the time to relish top epicurean experiences at Pao by Paul Qui on Saturday, December 24, from 6PM – 12PM the chefs at Pao kick-off the holiday with a Filipino-inspired Noche Buena. The four course, family-style menu evokes Chef Qui’s family recipes, with plates such as Potato Gnocchi with blood sausage and crispy pig ears, or Wild Mushroom Rice served with a choice of duck breast, short rib asado or the daily catch.
